What was the highlight of BG Portinatx Beach Club Hotel
Smashing
Clean comfy en suite rooms. Extensive grounds including a small beach. Massive breakfast selection, buffet style. Same buffet style for evening meal should you choose it. Great and friendly staff.
A little out of the way of Portinax itself. Only a 5min drive but a 27 min walk. Have a sat nav if you hire a car as it isn't well sign posted.

A hotel in paradise
A fantastic hotel, with so much going on. Comfortable, happy staff, great views of the sea with its own beach access which we used for snorkelling. Comfortable room and close to be able to walk into town. Cheap drinks! Having come from a 5 star hotel (Hotel Bless Cala Nova) which was terrible - this was exceptional and under half the price!
Our air con didn't work but the ceiling fan in the room was great.

Wonderful, will return
Lots of beautiful spots to chill out and relax, many with sea view. The Decor is really nice. Private beach is wonderful.
The sun chairs were mostly reserved throughout the day by guests being allowed to leave their towels there.

Good
Breakfast and dinner was good. Lots of variety and different things each day. The hotel is right on the beach - fantastic location. Bar was well priced for additional drinks.
Staff were not very friendly - they could easily have been more welcoming and with friendly faces. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable and the rooms were slightly dirty.
